Terms and conditions of the Sonechko store loyalty card.

To join our loyalty program and receive a bonus card, simply make a purchase of at least 50 UAH at the Sonechko store and fill out a customer registration form.

The card allows its holder to earn bonuses ranging from 3% to 12% of the value of each purchased item, provided the card is presented at the time of purchase at the Sonechko store.

Bonuses from a purchase can be redeemed 1 to 15 days after the transaction. Bonus accrual does not apply to promotional items or purchases made on credit.

The store reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms and duration of the loyalty program.

Accumulated bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash and may only be used to pay for products at the Sonechko store.

You can check your bonus balance by asking any sales associate at our Sonechko stores.

Bonuses are not accrued on the purchase of Gift Cards.

Bonuses are initially accrued as inactive, depending on the tier of your loyalty card:

Redeeming bonuses.

Bonuses can be used for partial payment of goods at a rate of 1 bonus = 1 UAH.

Only active bonuses can be used to pay for a portion of a product's price.

When paying partially with bonuses, no other discounts apply.

After applying the loyalty card discount, the remaining balance can be paid via Gift Card, cash, bank card, or any other payment method accepted at the Sonechko store.

If card transactions are unavailable due to technical issues, you will not be able to use the card to receive a discount or redeem bonuses.

Unused bonuses NEVER EXPIRE! There is no time limit on them!

Returns.

In the event of a return for items paid with bonuses, the amount paid will be refunded to the cardholder. Used bonuses will be credited back to the card within 15 days. If only a portion of the purchase is returned, the bonuses will be restored proportionally to the refund amount.

Other conditions.

The card owner, Sonechko store, reserves the right to change these Rules without prior notice.

The store is not responsible if the cardholder is unaware of the "Terms and conditions of the Sonechko store loyalty card."
