Personal Data Processing Agreement

By checking the box on the registration page or when placing an order on the website under the section "I agree to the collection and processing of my personal data", the User - a natural person, subject of personal data, gives unconditional consent to FOP Monina O.O. for the collection and processing of personal data.

As a User of the website https://www.solnyshko.kiev.ua, I give my consent to FOP Monina O.O. for the processing, use, and storage of my personal data in records and/or through the personal data database owned by FOP Monina O.O. (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner"), located at Heroiv Sevastopolya Street 10, 2nd floor, Kyiv.

By checking the box on the registration page or when placing an order on the website https://www.solnyshko.kiev.ua under the section "I agree to the collection and processing of my personal data", I confirm that I am informed and agree to the following:

The Owner processes the User's personal data by any means for the purpose of providing proper services to the User (identification, authentication, authorization, depersonalization, password recovery, sending information materials with the User's consent, responding to User requests and letters, receiving orders for purchasing goods, leaving feedback on the quality of the Owner's services, receiving advertising and special offers, information about promotions, sweepstakes, other information about the Owner's activities in order to conduct successful and secure transaction of orders and payments; providing proposed services; conducting marketing campaigns and awarding prizes).

During the use of the website, the Owner collects and processes the User's personal data related to identification, authentication, authorization, anonymization, password recovery, sending informational materials with the User's consent, responding to User requests and emails, receiving requests for product purchases, leaving feedback on the quality of the Owner's services, registering for the Owner's discount program, receiving advertising and special offers, information about promotions, contests, other information about the Owner's activities, providing offered services; conducting marketing campaigns and awarding prize rewards, which may include the following personal data: last name, first name, patronymic, delivery address of orders, contact phone number, email address, order information, bonus discounts, other information containing personal data in electronic form; personal data provided by the User when filling out registration forms on the website, as well as during the use of the website; cookie files. Cookie files are information files that are sent to a computer or mobile device when it is used to visit websites. The Individual Entrepreneur Monina O.O. does not allow third parties to place cookie files on your device. Using cookie files, Individual Entrepreneur Monina O.O. may collect information about your use of our website, your IP address, browser type, and operating system. Also, for the purpose of processing your online purchases, we may collect your payment information, information about your product preferences, and so on.

The owner includes User data in the personal data database "Individuals who participate in the economic activities of the sole proprietorship Monina O.O. from the moment the User first provides (sends) their personal data to the Owner by filling out a registration form or order form on the Owner's website.

By clicking "Save" or "Confirm Order," I voluntarily agree to provide the above-mentioned personal data about myself for general access to an unlimited number of persons within the framework of using the personal data database "Individuals who participate in the economic activities of the sole proprietorship Monina O.O."

The Owner uses depersonalized data for targeting advertising and/or informational materials by age, gender, and other data; for conducting statistical research; and in other ways.

The database owner does not inform the personal data subject about the transfer of their personal data in cases provided by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data."

The user has all rights regarding the protection of their personal data provided by the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular, the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", namely:

To know the sources of collection, location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or controller of personal data, or to give an appropriate authorization for obtaining this information by authorized persons, except in cases established by law;
To receive information on the conditions for granting access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom their personal data are transferred;
To have access to their personal data;
To receive a response no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided by law, about whether their personal data are being processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;
To make a motivated request to the owner of personal data to object to the processing of their personal data;
To make a motivated request to any owner or controller of personal data to change or destroy their personal data if such data is processed illegally or is inaccurate;
To protect their personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of them, as well as from the provision of information that is inaccurate or humiliates the honor, dignity, and business reputation of a natural person;
To file complaints with the authorized person or the court regarding the processing of their personal data;
To apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection;
To make reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
To revoke consent to the processing of personal data;
To know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
To protect against an automated decision that has legal consequences for them.
The owner takes all measures required by law to protect the user's personal data, including processing data on equipment located in secure premises with restricted access.

By marking the checkbox on the registration page or when placing an order on the website of FOP Monina O.O. in the section "I agree to the collection and processing of my personal data," I also confirm that I have been informed about the inclusion of my information in the personal data database for the aforementioned purpose, about my rights as determined by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data," and about the individuals to whom my data may be transmitted for the purpose stated above.

The website https://www.solnyshko.kiev.ua may contain links to websites that are not related to FOP Monina O.O. Such hyperlinks are provided solely for informational purposes. When using such websites, we recommend that you carefully read their privacy policy.

This agreement is provided in accordance with the requirements of Articles 7, 8, and 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" and is valid without territorial restrictions.

I hereby confirm that I have received notification about the data owner, the composition and content of the collected personal data, as well as information about my rights, as determined by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data," in order to fulfill the stated purpose and the possibility of transferring my personal data to third parties at the discretion of the owner and/or database administrator.

I have been informed about the content of my rights as a subject of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" and I understand them.

This agreement is valid indefinitely until I revoke it by sending a written notification of revocation in any form to the address of FOP Monina O.O., unless otherwise provided by the current legislation of Ukraine.
